Check Your Consignment Account Online

We are excited that you will be able to check on your account anytime 24/7! Here is a few things to help you get started.

Your account can only be viewed online if:

You have given The Clothes Horse permission in-store to upload your account information.
You have sold an item since giving The Clothes Horse above permission.

If you have not done the above, you may receive the following message after a login attempt:

"It appears as though your account information is not correct or an account has not been created for you. If you feel this is in error, please contact The Clothes Horse."

Even though it says to contact us, please do not contact us unless you know you have completed the above steps. We apologize for the confusion, but the account system is beyond our control.
